Positive: Service was impeccable. Welcoming smiles from each and every staff member. Room, Looby and restaurant were lovely. Bikes to explore the city were great!
Negative: I wish it didn’t have small shampoo etc containers. All hotels should be using refillable toiletries.

Positive: I had an excellent stay at the Loden Hotel. The experience felt very personalized and intimate, thanks in part to the hotel’s smaller size and warm atmosphere. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of always having water with citrus delivered — a small detail that made a big difference. The gym exceeded my expectations, both in terms of size and the quality of the equipment. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Tableau, was another highlight. This French restaurant offers food of truly excellent quality, making it a pleasure to start the day there. The location is superb — within walking distance of many tourist attractions and downtown, where numerous shuttle buses depart for other key sights. Overall, this hotel delivers a high-quality, personal experience in a prime location. Highly recommended.
Negative: A couple of areas could be improved: the TV equipment felt a bit outdated and wasn’t very intuitive to use, and the soap and shampoo containers in the bathroom were somewhat impractical. These are, however, very minor points in an otherwise outstanding stay.

Positive: The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The lobby is comfortable and inviting and there was always coffee, water or wine set out for the guests. Its location on a quiet street made getting in and out so easy and the rooms were very quiet with little to no street noise.
Negative: Our room had a very unpleasant smell and the design seemed to value form over function. The sliding wall exposing the bathroom and the tiny shallow sink with an awkward flowing faucet that splashed all over seemed poor choices. Our least favorite feature was the bed which was rather uncomfortable compared to the two other hotels we stayed in on our trip.
